CANCELLATION POLICY: We kindly ask you to give us a 24 hour notice to cancel any appointment. All missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged the full amount. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation.
 
GIFT CERTIFICATES/CARDS: Gift cards /certificates can't be redeemed for cash and they expire in 1YEAR from the date of purchase.
 
OTHER SPA INFORMATION: Spa Elia would like to offer a relaxing, stress-free environment so we ask kindly that all cell phones and pagers be turned off before entering the spa. Please be respectful of others enjoying their treatments.
 
Services may be denied at the discretion of the management.
 
Please leave your valuables at home. Spa Elia can not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.
 
Alert your therapist if you are pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, using Retin-A, Accutane, Renova or any photo sensitizing or keratolytic medications or have had recent laser or plastic surgery. One of these conditions may affect our ability to perform your required treatment at this time.
 
The best treatments come with honest open communication with your therapist, so please let them know about allergies, pain, discomfort or special needs.
 
As a courtesy to our staff and guests, and for the safety of the children, we would appreciate if you would find alternate child care during your services. Children in the spa receiving services MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.
